Pros
The Curry family was great to work with. My direct team was also great. Everyone works really hard and is very professional. The office itself is beautiful and open, a nice place to come every morning.
Cons
Management micromanages. There seems to be deep rooted trust issues within the organization. If you are entry level it's a great place to be and learn. If you are mid-management or higher, it's hard to stay passionate about what you do. There is zero work life balance. Lucky they have a nice office because it quickly becomes your home. The firm pushes values which I think the employees honestly want, however, they aren't exemplified by senior management. There seems to be a lot of corporate politics going on behind closed doors that create a very negative atmosphere.
