Pros
Great employees. Every employee just trying to do their best at their work. A warm and welcoming environment at most hubs.
Cons
The C level leaders make poor decisions based on whims and arrogance, to the detriment of employees who want to do a good job, but are never enough because the goal posts move all the time. Very disorganized but masking it under the cloak of change. Bandaids on problems constantly caused by poor leadership, while middle managers are easy targets for blame. Favored ineffective executives are never held accountable.
