9yThank you for sharing your feedback! We value our employees and can't get better without you! We continue to improve and progress in providing an environment that affords great home/work life balance. Some times business needs get heavy and this can be hard, but it is always our goal. As a working parent, I never want to miss a game or play etc..., luckily I haven't had to so that means a lot. We will continue to make improvements in this area and please continue to share feedback with your leaders, HR and peers! Thank you for being a valued Koch employee!
