Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! I enjoy working at Koch for many of the same reasons you listed in your review. We pride ourselves on our Market Based Management culture and I am glad you have seen and experienced those benefits first hand. I appreciate your feedback on the rigid schedule- no flex time and think this is something we will continue to get better at in Wichita. I spent several years of my career with Koch in Atlanta and they utilize flex scheduling well. The traffic is very congested in Atlanta, so utilizing this option helps employees ensure they manage a good work/life balance. I have seen that flexible schedules are utilized in Wichita as needed as well. Of course, there are some roles that it might not make sense to utilize flexible schedules for business reasons. Regardless, if a flexible schedule is something you value, I would encourage you to approach that subject with your leader to understand if it’s something that could be offered. Pros

Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

Cons

The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
