8yThanks for sharing your feedback. We place a high value on our Guiding Principles, and we expect that all employees embrace them and put them into practice. If you don't see this as effective in your work area, please reach out to your supervisor or HR leader, as we want all employees to feel comfortable speaking up and helping to hold one another accountable. We also have a Guideline phone number to submit concerns anonymously.
