      Pros

      Second biggest private company in the world. Deep interaction and teamwork among affiliate companies (vertical and horizontal). Frequent business trips.

      Cons

      Location (industrial area far from any decent city center). Non well-structured and clear internal organization due to very recent change of management. Time consuming processes due to approval of the higher management (usually based in US).
