Pros

If you like chaos and being scolded for asking what is going on, this is the place to work for you!

Cons

Don't ask for a raise, and don't ask for a raise by opening up to your supervisor about your personal situation. The supervisor I had told me that personal life can't affect work when I had mentioned going through a divorce. I was then told I was victim blaming by HR in my call where I was getting let go when I brought up having FOUR supervisors in a year and a half, after I brought up that this isn't normal. I also brought up how even on a performance improvement plan (which was given to me ONLY after I asked for a raise by opening up to my boss about the struggles I was facing) and I had no check-ins for this performance plan for 7 months. Had two new supervisors (one for two days before she too was let go). I was let go because of "performance" issues but very convienently was let go after I opened up about being LGBTQ+ and going through a divorce. I had opened up about the performance plan, asked where we were on that since I have colleagues telling me they can see a significant improvement on my work. This is when I was told to stop victim blaming by HR. I also received no severance package after working here for six plus years. I received one final pay check and was given 2 weeks notice that I would lose my benefits. My "supervisor" talked with me for a total of two minutes after letting me sit on a random meeting notification on a Friday that was scheduled for the next Monday. When I asked him for clarification on what this meeting was about, I received no response whatsoever and he took the rest of the day off. I messaged him on his perosnal phone and was given no context for what this meeting was, so I was left to worry and stress the entire weekend and the entire workday on Monday to just be told I'm being let go for performance issues. The only issue my boss had seen of me was missing two meetings when he first became my new supervisor. When I took responsibility for this issue, I told him that I was going through a divorce, moving back to an entirely new area and having to do most of this on my own, and that I didn't realize my personal life was impacting my work so much as to miss two unimportant meetings that were at 8am my time since I was remote. My boss said "get through this and lets start fresh" and two weeks later I was let go with NO pay. I had to beg HR to give me an extra allowance for vacation considering I haven't taken much vacation in my six years at the company due to me having to cover for inadequate leadership.

Pros

Good group of folks to work with

Cons

Culture is almost cult-ish Doesn't pay well Unless you don't spew out PBM vocabulary, you're not seen as a 'valuable' member of the team
