      Pros

      All around great company to work for. Benefits, people and pay are all fair and equitable. Lots of opportunities to grow at the company as well.

      Cons

      If you are a good employee there are enough opportunities in the company that if you don't like what you're doing or who you work with you can change roles. No cons for me!

      Base is 27/hr in Texas with a 4500 signing bonus. Also good benefits.
