      Pros

      Lots of beer. In fact available 24/7. Also, a flexible vacation policy and some really good people. Sandpoint is also a beautiful town. Small and remote but beautiful. You can also get some inexpensive temporary housing.

      Cons

      Poor pay, long hours, lots of pressure because the back end keeps breaking and - be careful - they will move you to this remote town and then leave you hanging when they let you go. No help at all with a severance package. I would suggest you make sure to negotiate one before you start. They also will tell what a great options package they are offer because it is a start up. In fact, its no better than any other corporate America package.

      Good learning experience for working in golang

      Cons

      Company hired management from Amazon and tried to treat its small teams of engineers like they worked at Amazon, then they start outsourcing the engineering work alienating long time tech workers which lead to legacy systems failing.
