Obviously High Turnover Rate - Anonymous employee Koelsch Communities Employee Review

Not enough caregivers for the residents. And not enough staff employed by the place to compensate for any absences. One day I was the only caregiver who showed up and I was held responsible for the entire population of the community for majority on my shift. I was expected to lift immobilized residents who clearly needed a two person transfer or a hoyer. The few reliable members of staff seem cliqued together and only really help out each other. Essentially, I was constantly hurting myself to get through the day.
