      The Home Office team is incredibly supportive to each of the communities. No corporate red tape, consistent access to support and guidance.

      Pros

      I love the Residents and my co -workers .

      Cons

      The Owners and Management do not care about you. They don’t give you extra help or staff. They admit anyone with a pulse so they can get paid monthly. The violent residents are awful.
