      As far as memory care facilities goes this was a great one. Great management staff and I really enjoyed my time there overall.

      Cons

      It is not immune to the issues of low staffing but that is a problem pretty much everywhere.

      Pros

      I love the Residents and my co -workers .

      Cons

      The Owners and Management do not care about you. They don’t give you extra help or staff. They admit anyone with a pulse so they can get paid monthly. The violent residents are awful.
