We appreciate your years of service with Koelsch Senior Communities and that your overall experience with the staff and residents was favorable. We also agree that the team in the kitchen, as well as the majority of the community, is very tenured and willing to share their best practices. Working in an environment that encourages job training and education is important to the leadership team. We are sorry about your experiences with some staff members who do not understand another department’s overlapping job functions.
