      It feels like close family here, everyone is here to look out for one another. Good support system, and work together well within departments.

      Cons

      Commission pay won't come for a long time, payout comes only after the construction is fully completed and paid out.

      Everyone is respectful, management is actually fair/reasonable. Great environment to be work in, good values and standards

      Pay could be better, many sectors understaffed due to higher pay elsewhere / not high enough base pay for new hires
