You will get lots of exposure in short period of time as this is a startup company
Cons
One of the major cons is at starting they will you that you will get off on weekends and there won't be overtime workload daily. But after 2 months you won't be getting off on weekends and they will make you work from 10am to 9-10pm. And if some reasons you aren't available to work on weekends then they will ask you to resign.
