Pros
- You are working for one of the household names in Australia, so you can have a sense of pride in that and make change that impact people's online shopping life. - Overall engineering team is very well managed. - There are several smart guys and if you are smart you'll have opportunity to learn new things - pantry full of fruits and breads - good location, free parking spots around
Cons
- Pay is average compared to the industry - The management is not so open to listening to feedbacks that you might have in improving the product - As a new joiner there's only so much you can grow in terms of career - Up until covid situation, WFH was a big no no.
