some work life balance, nice cafeteria, meet a lot of great people
Cons
almost impossible to move up within the company unless you are really good at "playing the game". Of course there is ample opportunity to move laterally, if that's what you are in to. Pay average to below average. In the department I worked in, the college interns had a program in place where they would come work for a few months, go back to school, and if they were picked to be hired, they would be hired on a level above current employees - which is a joke and does not send a positive message to current employees, makes you feel little to no value.
