Pros
Great with giving time off when needed. I am a college student and 75% of their employees are students. I believe they know that college students want to go home for holidays and give them the time off for it.
Cons
Pay is minimum wage. Since I am a student, this is just extra cash in my pocket so I would not want to rely on this income for a living. Management does not give clear direction in what you should be doing. For one year, I clocked in and did things that I "thought" should be done. I had no supervisor giving me higher priorities. I am excellent working without a supervisor, but when you work part time you are not up to date on the day to day activities to prioritize your duties.
