Store 0217 Collins Rd ( don’t work here) - Seasonal Operations Associate Kohl's Employee Review

Today I went into store on Collins Rd Cedar Rapids, Iowa . I spoke to Kayla - Manager. I told her I never got paid for my 2 hours I was at my orientation. Katie who was HR at that time, asked me to come in 2 days earlier. I said yes, and came in on Thursday instead of Saturday. I came in in that Thursday and was there from 10 to 12:30. I have never been paid for that time. Katie Finally figured out I couldn’t do my training for Kohl’s because the computer didn’t recognize me because I was 2 days early. I was asked to get up front my desk, so other people could use my computer. I stood and waited 20 minutes for Katie’s direction. I told them I was leaving. That same day, I called Katie and asked her to clock me out because I didn’t. I told her how disappointed I was in my orientation. I told her I wasn’t going to pursue my career at Kohl’s because how bad I was treated as a new hire. Today, October 17,2023 I went to Kohl’s store 0217 on Collins Rd. Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52402 and spoke to Kayla who was manager at that time. She said she would try to get me paid for my orientation. She said she couldn’t stop the numerous emails I received from corporate on my Exit Interview. She told me to call corporate. She didn’t give me a phone number. I called corporate many times, and guess what? No one answered. That tells me each Kohl’s can do what they want. I won’t do any shopping at Kohl’s. Please don’t work here! They are bad
