      Pros

      I love that we are allowed to choose our own schedule. The support team is very diligent and quick to respond! The faculty and staff at the campuses are nice and welcoming.

      Cons

      I don't like that there is no way of knowing exactly what grade you will be substituting for. IA tells you its elementary and ICP tells you it 6-12 but no specific grade.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling and the ability to be on call for a specific area if needed. Supportive administration. Easy to reach who you need for questions and in case of a need to cancel a shift.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a lapse in work but that is not Kokua's fault. Sometimes there is a lot of work but it is too far to drive depending on where you live.
