Pay is low. Mostly worked 3 days out of 5 due to unavailable assignments. I heavily relied on other substitute agencies. Sent to significantly far locations that were 1 to 2 hours away from my home. Most of the charter schools that partner with this company..consist of various kids with behavior issues. Also, many classrooms need more than one educator due to students with disabilities. Many of the schools lack structure. Disorganized company.
