      Pros

      Flexible hours, some of the schools were great

      Cons

      Not a lot of support from school staff or mangers. Kids were difficult to handle and would turn violent often and preventative steps were not taken to ensure the teachers safety. Also, schools would have you working multiple classes and grade levels per day despite signing up for one class. Also, there was barely any work available. I would only get 8 hours a week

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling and the ability to be on call for a specific area if needed. Supportive administration. Easy to reach who you need for questions and in case of a need to cancel a shift.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a lapse in work but that is not Kokua's fault. Sometimes there is a lot of work but it is too far to drive depending on where you live.
