Great company to work. Compared to other companies I worked for, they had the best practices that allow for quick turnaround in delivering features and bugs fixes to the customer.

Motion control industry does not pay as much as other industries but it's super chill and fun work with excellent work/life balance.

-employees are excellent (nice, helpful, smart) -variety of work -great learning experience, especially if new to the field

-since purchase by Regal Rexnord, raises were reduced, engineers became overloaded with new mandates from top down -typical struggles of a smaller manufacturing company that is starting to outgrow its capabilities -pay was fair
