      unfortunately none, not once it felt like that the company was gunning down customers or had the urgency to get the product out to customers and sell something

      Pros

      People are very professional and friendly there. Working at kolmostar gave me a sense of accomplishment.

      Nothing bad. I had the happiest time of my career there.

      Pros

      Good pay and decent benefits. Fully remote. Work is sometimes interesting. Co-workers are good at their jobs and nice to work with.

      Cons

      CEO is smart and I learned a lot, but he is a micromanager and if he is upset about something he is unable to remain professional.
