Bad management - Purchase Engineer Komax Group Employee Review

Komax testing pvt ltd is bad working culture. Their is no job security 0%. Comapny within 2 year 4 MD has changed & 2 year 4 time HR changed. Management are very bad. Many employees are leave comapny within 6 month because of comapny time & policy.If it is necessary HR says yes to join immediately and remove it during the probation period & saying u are cant proper work.Even if you clear all the points in the interview.
