      Pros

      Konica Minolta manufactures trusted, award-winning products and are quickly becoming a familiar name and industry leader.

      Cons

      Compensation plans change every year, typically with a decline in earning potential. The company does not offer annual COLA to salaries for Sales Representatives. The only way to experience an increase in salary is to be promoted, which also come with an exponential quota increase and the levels of promotional opportunities are limited.

      The employees are amazing. Everyone seems to care about each other and really help out.

      Cons

      The leadership is a mess. The top level are blind to what's going on with average employees. Most of them don't ever come to the office. Directors and VPs are largely incompetent and only got their roles from who they know. They don't care at all about their employees. No one gets promoted past manager. They keep taking engagement surveys and when the numbers are low they blame employees. This company is being run into the ground, if HP doesn't buy us soon Japan needs to fire the entire leadership team and come in and fix things.
