After two rounds of Covid related layoffs our CEO completely disappeared. Turns out he is “resigning.” Morale is at an all time low.there’s no “keep hanging in there” but rather “you all must be doing something wrong, now go fill out these spreadsheets so we can track your activities ” The CRM is antiquated. They realign your territory constantly and there’s red tape everywhere. Selling something feels like a punishment when you have to redo docs several times and get approvals for every little thing. Billing is AWFUL and Corp does not respond to emails half the time which got way worse when people started working from home. I never ever thought I’d have anything negative to say about the company. The good always outweigh the bad. But Covid ruined them for me.
