Terrible place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Extremely political, incompetent people especially the Swiss CEO. A lot of bullying and unethical working. It's all about how much you're willing to lie and play the game. Not for decent and honest people. On top, struggling financially, so constant restructuring with staff morale at the rock bottom.
