* Steady workload. * Challenging projects. * Top notch project management (They used to be engineers, for a long period of time). * Excellent team leaders, they actually care for growing you as a team member, and building a good team. * CEO is a down to earth person, pragmatic, she knows the business very well. * 2 in-house LabVIEW champions. * Your place to be if you like LabVIEW. * Micromanagement does not exist. * Involved on ADAS technology.

* Location gets very cold in the winter (Detroit), but other than that its been wonderful.
