Pros
None. Absolutely no pros.
Cons
They will tell you that you'll work 8 hours a day and that you'll only go to twelve if there's mandatory overtime. You will work 12 hours a day, 6 days a week as soon as you're done training and if you ask for a break from 12 hours or a Saturday off, they'll reprimand you for it. You get treated like livestock here and the temps get paid more than the employees. A woman just got fired for taking the day off due to a medical emergency with her child and it was her first call in.
