With all the acquisitions that Kontron has made, they've brought a lot of people from the outside that have their own ways and place them in management positions and that conflicts with the old culture of Kontron. German HQ are exerting to much control over the company and not letting the US division run themselves. They also like to hire people with HS diplomas for positions that require College education in order to pay them a lower salary but still expect the same output as someone with a college education.
