- Company culture is very open, everyone has a voice to place before their senior management - Excellent platform to sketch your currier path, as the company promotes certifications based on the technical skillsets - Appreciation and motivation are cultivated and expressed with a larger audience - Small project teams make it more engaging and help in connecting with the team easily. - Salary on time - Easy to request and transition to different domains as there are numerous projects in wide domains - Provide flexible hours to work

- Internet fluctuations sometimes disrupt the work

Not as much. Regretted and wasted my time working here.

CEO is a joke. Full of ego and have no sense of doing business. AI head is another clown. Only CTO works but the company is going to bankruptcy soon. Don't believe their flashy LinkedIn posts. Don't waste your time. I'm regretting working here and writing this out of frustration.
