Cons
After working hard for a full straight year and being a pivotal member in a client facing project, my appraisal has been shifted from April to July. All in all, this means I have got a 0% appraisal. In the PMS, I got a 4/5 rating from my manager and the client was really happy with my work. Let me expose this fraud organization. 1. They have ZERO AI Projects. No work is going on cutting edge technologies. Just boring ETL Projects with no growth. 2. Incompetent HR Team, stupid people, know nothing except arranging cake for birthdays. Oh yes, they arrange stupid games as well. If it was up to me, I would sack the entire HR team to save up some money. 3. Foolish leadership group, will sink this ship soon. Have no direction, no planning and zero execution. ZERO STRATEGY. 4. They promised around 50 freshers of full time employment and rejected the offers letter after delaying it for 6 months. These people destroy dreams of people, offer nothing in return. NOTE: !!! NEVER EVER JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION!!! Unemployment is better than wasting your time here.
