Competitive salary. but you have to work 7 days every week so, according to that if you do some calculations you will be earning less than your previous job. oh sorry this is also a con. ya no pros, you heard it right
Cons
1. Founders are abusive. 2. You have to work like a machine as there are no holidays (weekends, public holidays, when you are sick). you will have to work for 7 days every week. 3. There is no proper structure of work assignment (product people will come to you every weekend and public holidays with some urgent task) 4. And these tasks are proper features not some issues. 5. CTO is not supportive, he doesn't plan anything. 6. Timeline for each task will be less than 3 days. 7. No proper time given to understand the system. No time given to design architecture, once any feature is discussed with product they will tell you to implement it in 3 hours. 8. Code base is not good (because of above point), there is just hacks put everywhere in the code, no proper release of code. 9. work for 12 - 15 hours everyday. every day you will have to work late night. there is no escaping it. if you will finish everything fast, they will load you with extra work on the same day. 10. this company is product dominant. Product takes call for everything, engineers are treated like daily wage labours.
