      Flexible hours Friendly colleagues (this does not include management)

      Cons

      Management are Unprofessional and an inexperienced team. They all lack compassion, they are bullies and just out right use people. And much more... The company have a great outside face that will make you feel welcomed but do not be fooled as the leadership team will stab you in the back any chance they get.

      Pros

      Was always trying to stay ahead and be innovative. Team in the UK was hard working and incredibly fun and inspiring to be around.

      Cons

      Working with the team overseas was incredibly challenging and when complaints were raised about their behaviour to certain members of the team in the UK it was never taken seriously. Team members overseas were often rewarded whilst the team in the UK would have to sit back and watch.
