      Pros

      Pay is competitive, benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Company does not believe fatigue is a safety issue, and keeps staffing low to the point that overtime is the norm. Equipment is constantly breaking and the only thing the company seems to care about is getting product out the door. The company does not care about you.

      Friendly people, freedom to pursue projects you enjoy

      Cons

      Poor organization, poor asset management, corporate & higher management extremely disconnected i.e. makes decisions in a bubble and does not properly identify and utilize talents of their employees.
