      4 years of experience with Koppers, and it has been nothing but great. Work life balance is appreciated, as well as good benefits and great perks

      They run very lean, so when things are very busy, you can be overwhelmed at times

      Friendly people, freedom to pursue projects you enjoy

      Poor organization, poor asset management, corporate & higher management extremely disconnected i.e. makes decisions in a bubble and does not properly identify and utilize talents of their employees.
