Very unorganized - Anonymous employee Koppers Employee Review

-No room for growth -Senior leadership consists of engineers and sales guys with absolutely no management skills -women are treated differently -employees will blame others for their mistakes -communication is poor, especially from upper management/sr. leadership -sr leadership does not support employees and have no backbone -Every department is extremely unorganized -processes are old and out of date
