Depending on the department, they are sore of laidback and the working culture is quite ok. They stick quite well with office hours

The company is in a constant budget cut, therefore they did not experience manpower growth in the HQ even though they are expanding more of their outlets. Kinda means that we got a ton of workload to compensate. As for the salary, so far they're not offering good ones either

Managers were helpful, assured whenever possible and were understanding

Never enough floor staff when needed, too many people when unnecessary. No proper background checks on staff’s work behaviour and personality.
