Pros
Recent changes to culture reflect certain aspects of company, mostly the fact they are from Austin. Small Company is a plus.
Cons
When not at a company event, culture is lacking in a major way. Fear of losing jobs, payday loans every 2 weeks are a normal thing around there. Instead of taking care of employees, money is spent on frosted glass white boards that are underutilized, 60 - 80 inch tvs that can't be watched, while the support staff as a whole worked on second equipment. There is an HR department but complaints are never followed up with. Compensation is a joke, and the requirements of the job are too high. Promised training and promoting from within, but more people were busted down then promoted, instead opting to hire people who had little to no idea what the company did, the equipment that was used, and tended to make promises that were impossible to keep. 24 / 7 environment, so there is no work life balance of any kind.
