      Pros

      Pay is decent. 10 hour days so overtime is available.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity to move up. Facility is old and needs improvements. Rains inside the building from holes in the roof. No heat in the winter. Chemical spills. Expected to work covered in cleaning powders or bleach liquid cleaner. Slippery floors.

      Pros

      A solid core of tenure employees will support you if you're on board with the process.

      Cons

      Ownership has a mercurial temperament. Safety is sometimes sacrificed for daily profitability, which is measured by putting pressure on everyone to succeed. One great week of production is wiped out with a single bad shift.
