Micro managing and no strategy - Associate Kornit Digital Employee Review

President of North America is a micro manager. One of the worst I have seen in my years. He is in all your daily work, he checks your expenses, he watches when you walk into work from the camera or when you scan your badge. How does a President have time to do these things? He doesnt plan any strategy for growing business and streamlining processes, he just helps sell. He should be a sales guy. He doesnt understand what any department does and the work behind it. He is short sighted and doesnt give credit to hardworkers. He only cares when you sell. You can do the work for the entire department and not be noticed or thanked by any management member including the President. He doesnt seem on the level of President I have worked with - more of a director for sales. He has the most unrealistic expectations, with no understanding the work he is asking you to perform, often WAY outside your job role. HR is useless - they used to be for the people when they had two good HR directors in North America but of course those two have both left because of the ALL MALE leadership and bullying on the management team. You cant go to HR for anything and they only have the interest of the company. CANT BE TRUSTED.
