Pros

Pay was pretty good, team really relies on each other.

Cons

The owner is an abusive, psychotic person. He is constantly yelling at everyone, especially anyone in Purchasing or Warehouse. I felt so bad for the purchasing person while I was there. The owner was constantly screaming at him in front of everyone. I'm not sure if he quit or was fired, but I was happy that he was able to leave. The owner also treats everyone as if he is the smartest person in the world and they are the dumbest. He literally told someone that they were not smart, but that was ok as he would help them become as smart as he could make them. They would never be as smart as him, but they wouldn't always be as unintelligent as they currently were. They recently put in a racking project, without permits. The CEO is as slimy as they come, and will never change. He has no idea how to manage people, money, or resources. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

If you are driven, want to learn and grow, you will succeed in your role. Great pay and benefits. Growth potential is huge

Cons

Company expectations are high for employees- Maybe could use more training and growing their employees to be capable of more.

Pros

– Learned a lot about packaging – Team of talented engineers and account managers trying to survive the culture

Cons

The president regularly used intimidation and public humiliation as a “motivation” tactic. Emails were laced with pressure, threats, and emotional manipulation — including tying future compensation to blind compliance. Dissent wasn’t tolerated. Cons – Emotionally abusive leadership – Empty promises and revoked promotions – Gaslighting framed as mentorship – Retaliation disguised as “organizational decisions” – Micromanagement and fear-based management style
