      Coworkers have been good jobs easy really

      Had issues with my salary hired on, seen people let go with little to no good reason and management doesn't discuss straight up with you even when it concerns you

      Pros

      My coworkers were easy to get along with and friendly. The company itself isn't too big, but I got exposure to both working in the front and the back (manufacturing area).

      Cons

      The work itself (reconciling bank statements, matching invoices, etc.) was a bit tedious for my taste, but obviously that's not the company's fault.
