I loved working at Koru Partners. The team was enjoyable and friendly and I made some good friends. The culture at Koru Partners is heavily focused towards growing and learning - which was perfect for me going in as an intern. It is important to keep an open mind and be ready to be challenged and take initiative because that is how you will learn. The team is usually very kind but also direct - keep an open mind be ready to learn and improve on your mistakes.

Not really a con but again be prepared to keep an open mind and embrace the work you are given. The nature of tasks may vary on a day to day basis as the team is not too big so be ready to be exposed to different learning opportunities.

Koru Partners has been one of the most fruitful internship/work journey's I have had. The autonomy an intern gets, coupled with the suppot, encouragement, and push that the investment team provides makes for a very memorable experience. The partners are always available when you need and the team are filled with incredible thinkers who consistently push you to do better. Would highly recommend applying for anyone interested in actually learning and growing.
