Small Business so you learn a lot.

It is run like a family business and the work environment gets toxic.

I have gained nothing out of the job experience so no pros.

1. Exploitation at its best. 2. Your 30 or 50% of the salary is retained and will be paid every few months but they will fire you before you finish those months so you never get the full salary. 3. You miss out on delivering even one task for the month your salary will be on hold and will be blackmailed by CEO until you finish the task. 4. No fun neither relaxing environment. Like no catching up sessions with the whole team. 5. Emotional abuse by CEO by doing things like silent treatment - avoiding calls, messages and mails when they are angry or have no immediate work. 6. Fires the interns as she likes and sometimes delete them everywhere without any prior notice. 7. No proper HR to file complaint against issues since they will also be directly reporting to the CEO. 8. Salary can be kept on hold for more than 20 days. 9. Probation period can be extended to as her wish.
