If you are assigned to a client, all the challenges become your responsibility. There are no benefits such as PF or TDS deductions—your main focus is just to complete your work. The work environment lacks positivity. Additionally, salary payments can be delayed if the client does not process billing on time, and sometimes you may have to communicate with the client directly regarding billing issues.
