      -The people -The Santa Monica office -The breadth of clients (both individual and business) -The exciting opportunities given by Senior Associates / CEO -The team actually wants you to learn and grow. They give constructive feedback and give you the opportunity to shadow them on really high-energy projects and meetings

      Pros

      really great people great clients clear communicationCEO actually communicates with all of his clients on a regular basis IT is basically the nicest woman I have ever met HR does all they can do to help - super friendly and timely

      Cons

      Offsite onboarding was really difficult they use G-suite HR is in NY meaning you cannot ask them anything after 3PM (not a deal breaker)
