Cashier at Lyndale store Minneapolis - Anonymous employee Kowalski's Markets Employee Review

Management is extremely unfriendly and disrespectful to anyone "lower" than them. I was excited to work at kowalskis because it is family owned and I would shop at the Grand avenue store and everyone was so friendly and seemed to enjoy their job and the people they worked with. The Lyndale store is not that way at all. According to union rules we were suppose to get a two week schedule. They did not follow this and only did schedules weekly. It made it nearly impossible to plan anything.
