Pros

Great benefit and WFH options

Cons

Run. The company has lost its soul after multiple M&As. Everyone is constantly anxious, never knowing when they might be the next person let go. If you fail to hit your sales quota for two consecutive quarters, you’re out — regardless of how consistent your past performance has been or how many years you’ve dedicated to the company. The company no longer values ethics or integrity; only numbers matter. If you can somehow convince management that you can bring in ARR, you’ll be rewarded, no matter how unrealistic or misleading the promises may be. The Glassdoor rating is also misleading. The People team instructed regional HR teams to encourage new hires to leave positive reviews in order to artificially maintain a high score. I’ve seen respected and well-liked employees terminated simply because they fell out of favor with management. Many highly intelligent and capable individuals were either pushed out or fired without clear justification or fair severance packages. A large number of long-tenured “OG” employees have left because of this culture shift. The collaborative, creative, and friendly environment that once defined the company has largely disappeared. Now, everything revolves around climbing the corporate ladder and competing against your coworkers rather than working together as a team.
